"Really good childcare while I work out"
I use the childcare at Movati a couple times a week, and it’s been really good so far. The staff are friendly, and my kid seems happy going in, which makes it a lot easier for me to relax and actually enjoy my workout.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that it can get a little busy sometimes, so check-in takes longer than I’d like. But the room looks clean, and I really do feel comfortable leaving my child there
"Honestly, the app works well overall"
I mostly use the Movati app to check class times and book my spot, it does what I need it to do. It’s easy to use and I can usually find things without much hassle. Every now and then it loads a little slow or randomly logs me out, which is annoying, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The layout is simple enough, though I do wish the notifications were a bit clearer. Overall, it’s a good app.

"Good sales team, kind of wish I’d asked more upfront"
I had a good experience with the sales team overall. They explained the membership stuff clearly enough and didn’t make me feel too pressured, which I appreciated. They followed up a little afterward, but it wasn’t annoying or over the top. My only regret is that I probably should’ve asked a few more questions before leaving, just to feel fully sure about everything. Still, they were fair and easy to deal with.
"The billing was easy to follow, my..."
The billing was easy to follow, my gut feeling was good about it. No weird surprise charges showed up, which made the whole experience feel hassle-free.

"Canceling was way easier than I expected"
I thought canceling my membership was gonna be a whole thing, but it wasn’t bad at all. I just reached out, the staff got back to me quick, and they took care of it without giving me a runaround. Went smoother than I figured it would

"Really wish the weekend hours were later"
The gym itself is fine, but ugh, the hours can be frustrating. I’ll get the sudden motivation to go on a weekend and then realize they’re already closing or closed. I just wish they stayed open later, because it’s kind of annoying when the timing doesn’t work out.
"Decent gym, but kind of frustrating"
The gym is fine overall, but I’m a little torn about it. It gets the job done, and I can usually finish my workout, but the equipment quality just doesn’t feel great. Some of the machines seem old, and there are a few that are out of service way more often than they should be. For what I’m paying, I expected the place to be better maintained. It’s not terrible, but it also doesn’t always feel worth the price.

I really like having the women-only area. It just feels comfortable, you know? And it’s never too busy, so I can actually relax and get on with my workout.

"Works fine, but spots disappear quickly"
The app does what it’s supposed to do, but the available spots get taken really fast. It’s a little frustrating because it feels preventable if there were better alerts or a smoother booking process
"Always easy to park"
I’ve never had a problem finding a spot here. Even when it looks kinda busy, parking is easy every tiem

"Fair Warning: The Instructors Are Genuinely Helpful"
Just a heads-up for anyone considering this place: the instructors are actually super kind and really take the time to help you get better. I’ve noticed myself improving because they don’t just rush through things—they pay attention and guide you in a way that makes a difference.

"Great vibe and smooth experience"
I’ve been going to Movati for a little while now, and it’s been a really smooth experience overall. The staff are always super friendly, the front desk actually says hi when you walk in, and the trainers are easy to talk to if you have questions. Nobody makes you feel awkward or out of place, which makes it a lot easier to keep showing up. Just a really good vibe all around.

"The gym itself is nice enough, I..."
The gym itself is nice enough — I mainly noticed the clean spaces and solid equipment, which are definitely positives. But I couldn’t really get past the overall atmosphere. It felt a bit cold to me, and the staff weren’t rude or anything, just not especially welcoming. Some spots were loud and crowded, and that stood out more to me than anything else. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more comfortable and friendly. It’s not a bad gym, just not really the kind of place I’d want to keep going to.

The classes were fun, fun in a really easygoing way. Most of them kept me interested and made the experience enjoyable overall.

"Clean, Spacious Locker Rooms with a Few Small Issues"
I’ve had a good experience with the locker rooms at Movati. They’re usually clean, and I really appreciate having enough space to change without feeling like I’m in everyone’s way. The showers are decent too, and having towels available is definitely convenient. Every now and then, a locker won’t work or the floor gets a bit wet, but nothing that has ruined my visit. I do think keeping shared spaces like this clean and functional is part of showing respect for everyone using the gym, and Movati mostly does a solid job with that. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars.

"Busy After Work"
Every time I come in after work, I feel like I’m stuck waiting around for a bench to open up. I get that it’s probably the busiest time of day, but it definitely makes it harder to get into a good workout rhythm.

"Good Training Experience, Just a Bit Pricey"
I’ve been doing personal training at Movati for a few months, and overall it’s been a really positive experience. My trainer has been friendly and knows their stuff, but what I appreciate most is that they actually help me stay consistent without making it feel too intense or pushy. I’ve noticed my form is better, and I’m way more comfortable using equipment around the gym now than I was when I started. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get expensive, and sometimes the booking times aren’t as flexible as I’d like. But based on my experience so far, I’m still happy I signed up.

"Nice gym, but I’m not sure it’s worth it for me"
I’ll give Movati credit where it’s due, the place is clean, the equipment is solid, and those are the things I tend to remember most when I think about going there. But then I look at what I’m paying every month and I kind of forget the shiny parts quickly. For how much I actually use, it feels expensive. Classes are often full before I get around to booking, and if I go after work, some locations are packed. It’s not a bad gym at all, I just expected it to feel a little more worthwhile for the price.

"Am I missing something, or is it always freezing in there?"
I like the gym overall and it’s a solid place to work out, but am I missing something with the temperature? Most days it feels really cold inside, to the point where it’s a little distracting during my workout.

"Great place to unwind after a workout"
I’ve been really happy with this spot overall. The pool is always clean, and I especially love using the hot tub after workouts, it’s a nice way to wind down. It can get a little crowded on some evenings, and there was one time they ran out of towels, which was a bit annoying. But those are minor things for me. My final take: it’s a solid place to relax, and I’d definitely keep going back.
